1. Always be on time
Punctuality is essential on set. Plan your route in advance and make sure you know where and when you need to arrive. Save our contact number:

2. Never discuss money on set
Questions about fees and payments should always be handled through Thea Meulenberg Casting. Avoid discussing money with the client, production team or other talents, as this can come across as unprofessional and distract from the creative process.
3. Never sign anything without checking first
Any contracts, usage agreements or paperwork should be arranged before the shoot. If you are asked to sign something on set, politely explain that agreements should go through Thea Meulenberg Casting.
4. Maintain a professional attitude
A positive and professional attitude makes a big difference on set. Greet the team, be polite and respectful, keep your phone on silent and avoid unnecessary distractions. Do not bring personal guests or pets unless this has been agreed in advance.
Taking photos or sharing information on social media is only allowed with permission from the production team.
5. Pay attention and listen carefully
Stay focused on the director’s or photographer's instructions and the production team's guidance. Listen carefully to feedback and be willing to adapt. Being flexible and collaborative is an important part of working successfully on set.

7. Take care of your grooming
Arrive on set looking your best. Wash your hair the night before and make sure your nails are clean and well maintained. Keeping your hands moisturised can also help create a polished appearance.
For women, ensure your legs, underarms and bikini line are prepared if required for the production. Avoid wearing perfume.
For men, check in advance whether shaving is required. A day-old beard is often suitable, but bringing shaving supplies is always a good idea.
8. Prepare your clothing and styling
A stylist is often provided, but sometimes you may be asked to bring your own wardrobe options. Make sure all clothing is clean, pressed and suitable for the brief.
Skin-coloured underwear is recommended, and women may find a smooth T-shirt bra useful for wardrobe changes.
9. Arrive prepared for make-up
A professional make-up artist is usually provided on commercial productions. Unless instructed otherwise, arrive with a clean face.
If you are asked to bring your own make-up, remember to bring essentials such as loose powder to reduce shine under studio lights.
10. Be prepared for flexible working hours
Although you will receive expected shoot times in advance, productions can sometimes run longer than planned. Avoid scheduling important appointments immediately after your shoot.
